Imagine you have These 6 Things to do but Some are more Important, But when you do non-important things And miss Important ones, you think you had a productive day This is 70% but does not Include important ones.

The order of doing Tasks is A –> B –> C …

A = Most Important Tasks (Just 1 or 2 Tasks)

B = Less important but Still …

C = Tasks that you can Do Whenever You want in Life (Watching Movies)

D = Boring Things That Others Can do it for you (Faster, Cheaper, Better)

E = Others

Our mind does easier First. you work 8 hours on non-important Things and think it was a productive day. This is called Productive Procrastination.

Also, don’t let intruder tasks change everything during execution. close your input.

Timing

You need to have 2 checkboxes. one for if a task is done or not, and one for if the timing was right. did you do the task before the deadline?
